“We booked our stay for 5 nights. When we got there, they said they only had 3 nights available, so we had to leave after the 3rd night, and find other accommodations. I don't know if the problem was with Hotels.com, or with the hotel. Once I returned home from my vacation, I contacted Hotels.com, and a refund for the remaining 2 nights will be coming. “The map shows this in Pokhara, it is across the lake and is only accessible via a 20 to 25 min small row boat. You have to call the hotel and get on of their staff to come get you or hire a boat to take you. It is NOT accessible by car. There are not 10 restaurants and bars, there is just the kitchen at the hotel. There is not A/C in the rooms. There are mosquitos and leeches, so take repellent and check yourself for leeches. “When we reached at hotel, hotel owner, staff were started denying of any reservation of my name. After spending almost of 30-40 mins, showing all proof then they started saying we offer you this room just like we are begger at their hotel. Very unprofessional attitude from them. We were their with my infant kid, there is no hot water in room during our winter season visit to Pokhara. Food taste is not good. Very bad experience.”

有免費接駁車出機場，房間也很乾淨衛生

"我訂是湖景房，由於安排在下面最低一層，只看到一丁點湖景，根本不應該說是湖景房，另外半夜一點外面有男人大叫，被嘈醒，另外一朝早7:30開始，有拖拉鐵皮的聲音，有工程，根本不能睡，太嘈吵了，但職員很好，我需要兩張床，我訂的是小型套房只有一張大床，酒店也願意免費幫我加一張床，值得稱讚，亦有免費接駁車出機場，值得一讚，但早餐款式太少，及很多人可能是31/12"
