“We spent 10 days in your house. Beyond the holidays and the time that inevitably passes too quickly, we had an unforgettable stay here. In this house everything is harmonious and nothing is missing. the calm, the swimming pool, the landscapes, the view, such good authentic restaurants such as La Locanda or Zentrum 42. You eat there like in Italy ;-) and they are a 15 minute walk from the house. We have been renting holiday homes with private pools for almost 15 years. This is paradise, Martina……

“The property was even better than represented. The outdoor pool area and Cucina was where we lived. Davide arranged for a wonderful meal our first night. He was very responsive and provided us with many recommendations. In particular the resto in Gasperina was incredible. The area beaches and the sea were delightful to spend time at. Grazie bellissimo”

“Es ist ein kleines Dörfchen unweit des Flughafens. Das Appartement steht in einer ruhigen Gasse. Im Haus war es angenehm ruhig. Wir waren Mitte August dort. Am Sand-, Kiesstrand gibt es öffentliche, sowie private Strandabschnitte. Wir waren stets im öffentlichen Bereich und fanden es entspannt, vor allem wenn man etwas von den Parkplätzen wegläuft. Gegen 7:30 (und auch im Laufe des Tages) kommt aus dem Nachbarort ein Bäckerwagen mit frischem Brot und anderen Teigwaren. Frisches Obst und Gemüse……

“soggiorno molto piacevole, abitazione semplice e essenziale. referenti dell'appartamento sempre disponibili e cordiali. la struttura ha due belle piscine e anche l'accesso al mare che merita. Note negative l'assenza di servizi come un bar, che c'è, ma è sprovvisto di molte cose e un minimarket praticamente vuoto. Da curare un pò la pulizia. ”

“La maison est étonnante et la vue superbe. Nous avons adoré l’architecture de la villa et bien sûr l’accès direct à une petite plage aux eaux translucides depuis la maison. La maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Ivana qui a su répondre très rapidement à toutes nos demandes. Quelques commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pieds ce qui permet à chacun d’avoir son indépendance. A recommander, très bel endroit !!! Seule réserve : il semble qu’il y ait une……

“La casa e' situata in una posizione spettacolare. Perfetta per grandi gruppi e per pranzare/cenare in terrazza con una vista magnifica. La spiaggia e' a 5 minuti di macchina. Unico neo, la mancanza di zanzariere. Per il resto abbiamo passato una settimana bellissima. Un plauso particolare va a Rocco, il nostro host, sempre gentile e disponibile.”

“The location is perfect for a relaxing each break and Calabria is stunning. The property is above the owners home in beautiful and extensive grounds with views of the beach beyond. There is a lovely terrace area where you can lounge or eat. The beach is literally at the bottom of the garden across the road and is massive, with very few people on it. There are a few lidos dotted along the beach for refreshments. San Sostene itself is quiet with few facilities so a CRA is essential, but nearby……
