“Check-in und Check-out gestalteten sich für uns leider recht kompliziert – hier wäre eine klarere Kommunikation im Vorfeld wünschenswert gewesen. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber, allerdings hätte der Boden gründlicher gereinigt werden können, und bei der Bettwäsche sollte verstärkt auf mögliche Motten geachtet werden. Positiv überrascht hat uns die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, als wir nach dem Check-out noch einmal ins Zimmer durften, da unsere Kinder etwas vergessen hatten. Fazit:……

“Superior luxurious duplex. Two completely separate attached homes on the property with magnificent views, access to local hikes. 10 minutes from a small town (Sulz) with a good supermarket and bakery. Lots of cultural and mountain activities within a 30 - 60 minute ride. Sauna, hot tub and indoor pool are shared between the two homes. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and well-appointed. Jetzt im Winter konnten unsere Kinder direkt am Haus Schlitten fahren. Die Umgebung spricht für sich. Herr Krieg war ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber und bei Fragen stets erreichbar.”

“We had a lovely experience here. The house is located above Oberterzen and has a brilliant view of the lake and mountains. 20 minutes downhill to the gondola and close to everything you want to do in the area. The house was clean and spacious. The pictures don't do it enough justice.”

“The check in process was terrible. It took 1 hour of our time and 3-4 staff to troubleshoot how to open our assigned room. With my troublesome knees, I had to go up and down the stairs (the elevator didn’t work without a working room key!) several times before I could open the our room.
