“The house is beautiful! We had a great stay and would stay again, but probably not in winter. The driveway is very steep and when we were there it was covered in thick ice as were the porch and steps leading into the house. We had 4 wheel drive and still had difficulty driving up. I also slipped and fell more than once on the ice, The heat in the downstairs bedroom was not working, someone came to check it and left us space heaters which did keep it warm.”

“Perfect location and views. Great proximity to Beech Mtn. Plenty of space. However, property furnishings were extremely worn and needed to be thrown out. Pillows in tatters, couches and chairs were gross. Coffeemakers were all broken. This property definitely needs a makeover. If that bothers you, you’ll want to stay somewhere else.”

“We stayed at this property the week before July 4th, the house had enough space for our group of 18 people, the views of the property and the neighbor's horses were amazing. We especially enjoyed the open back yard area where we played many rounds of corn hole and the tennis courts. The temperature was wonderful for the middle of summer so we all enjoyed being outside. “This house was very spacious & above all, clean. I loved the view & the location was perfect. I take my son snow tubing every year for his birthday & knowing how short of a walk/drive to the snow tubing place was just the icing on top. “my husband and I and our four children stayed for a week at this property. The view was beautiful. The bathrooms were nice and clean. However, the kitchen was under cared for. We noticed coffee grounds in the silverware tray and felt the need to wash all of the dishes prior to using them due to grease. The couches were very small and it was difficult to relax on them.
