Welcome to the Cozy Condo, the spot for everyone coming to Grand Cayman for work, play, or a little bit of both—all at a budget-friendly price! You’ll love our prime location, just minutes from the George Town, the lively Camana Bay, and the beautiful Seven Mile Beach. Plus, you’ll find two convenient supermarkets and pharmacy within easy walking distance or a quick drive which has everything you could want, from shopping and dining to entertainment and drinks. We can’t wait to to host you!

Safe & clean. Kitchen/dining wear is lacking, no veg peeler, one kit towel, no spatula. If you need safe and cheap lodging it’s ok.

The place was cute... Very small, but sufficient for 2. Outside The property smells like stagnant water or maneur (maybe they just fertilized the grass?). The inside has a very strong cleaning smell which took a few days to wear off and felt like the smell got inside of me the for first 3 days. The couch was very small, but fit the space. The kitchen had everything we needed. My biggest complaint was the bed was terrible. After the first night I seriously considered finding somewhere else to stay. We ended up purchasing a 2" mattress topper from the local home store for100 which made it bearable, but I didn't get a good night's sleep any of the nights I was there. We left the mattress topper there for the next guests (you're welcome). Check in information was not emailed to me until 2 hours before my arrival which made it very difficult to get thru customs because I didn't have the address for the customs form.The place was clean and in an upstairs corner unit and was quiet. It was stocked with everything we needed. The price was right.

Easy arrival and central location were particularly welcome when I arrived late at night after a 12 hour flight delay. Krystian's place is exactly as advertised -- located near seven mile beach, completely furnished, clean and cozy. I recommend renting a car, generally affordable in GC, as although you can walk to the supermarket, parking and access to the highway is easy, and a car opens up a wide set of restaurant and activity options.
