“This was the perfect size. Everything went so smoothly. There was plenty of kitchen supplies and bedding. Very cozy and clean stay. The most important thing is staying cool while sleeping and there was absolutely no complaints there. ”

We didn’t know if it was a folding bed that might not have locked the whole way or not. Other than that, he liked it a lot. Didn’t take long to get to the caverns. Very enjoyable trip!”

“First I have to start by saying our hosts were AMAZING. Cory and Bruce are the best hosts we have ever had. They made us feel like family. The property was spotless, and very well organized. They went above and beyond with everything in the house. They even had a pantry with items to purchase that you might have forgotten. Our trip started out rough, but everything about the hosts, and this house made the trip fantastic. They even made us muffins, and gave us fresh laid eggs. The place is easy……

“Stayed 4 nights with our adult daughters and their families. Plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. Loved having our 11 family members eating meals and cooking together. It was also convenient to all of our planned activities in Carlsbad and Roswell. Our only disappointment was not being able to spend time outside. Had hoped with 15 acres, the children could play outdoors and we could hang out under the stars at night. This is not a children friendly yard so it was noisy inside. Haha ”

“This is an older home that needs some serious updating before I would consider staying here again! The reviews were a few months ago and I thought that it would be improved. It's not! There are only two bedrooms that are comfortable to sleep in. Both have comfortable king beds, but sheets on one had to be changed before it was slept in. The floor was swept and the dust pile was left for us to clean up. The den holds a king bed, but the room was barely warm despite the heater running all night……

“Very disappointed, we arrived late at night. We noticed that there was no power to the Sun room for the ceiling fan and lights. It wasn't till the morning that we noticed that some of the bedding wasn't clean, bathroom towels were stained, and ragget. Bathrooms were not cleaned. The backyard jungle jim was not safe for my grandkids to play on, and you can tell that no yard work had been done. The bbq grill was dirty and not maintained. It had rained and the patio cover was leaking. Overall house……
