Poor communication
"Paulina took long time to respond when the lock was not programmed. Asked several question with no or late responses. The house is amazing, the back steps-patio should have been blown off. Very clean."

"great place! hot tub, game table etc all a great bonus - shuttle super easy and convenient. We will stay again. Tim was super easy to work with and very attentive."
