“The accommodation itself couldn't be faulted. Friendly staff, fresh towels daily, all very nice. I would however strongly recommend an out-of-hours point of contact in the event of getting locked out of the room. In fairness, it's entirely my own fault that I locked myself out to begin with (won't be forgetting that mistake in a hurry). But if it wasn't for an upstairs tenant being able to get hold of the correct person to let me back in, I would've had no choice but to try to sleep……

“No clear indication/signage of the hotel on the road that makes you miss the hotel easily. It's only foldable bed in the single room (we booked two bedrooms apartment) and is not really well equipped. Not recommend this hotel to anybody.”

“I needed a flat with easy access from the train station as I was travelling alone with heavy luggage, & it was a short 3 min walk. There were a few food options at the local shops so that was very convenient too. The flat was comfortable, clean & cozy, it was a great choice. It was well appointed with everything I needed for a 5 night stay. Highly recommended!!”

“We knew the area so it was very practical, 15 walk to the station Syndenham Hill, and you will be in Victoria in 15 min. ”

“Molly and Grace were very helpful. The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was a great place to stay near public transport aswell as a place to park our car. If I could provide any feedback it would be, the TV could have been bigger and there could have been face washers in the bathroom. ”

“Although quite a way out of central London, transport links were excellent.The house is well equipped and very clean .Petra was helpful.We were a bit unsure about waste disposal and recycling. Most of us live abroad and are used to different systems so hope we did it correctly.Would definitely stay there again.”

Poor soundproofing

"The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. Convenient

"We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future."
