“A la llegada nos esperaban para explicarnos todo, y había en el salón un obsequio de bienvenida (que no es habitual). Las habitaciones bien, las camas cómodas. La cocina bien equipada. Tan solo faltaba mobiliario de exterior, había sólo para 8 personas, pero nos permitieron sacar sillas del salón. La piscina con vistas al Guadiana espectacular. Pasamos unos días estupendos, la recomendamos.”

It had everything we needed for our week-long get-away from the big city madness. Perfect locaton to explore Duoro Valley, Porto, Aveiro, Braga, and Geres. “Easy self check-in/out. The house comes with everything you could think of needing, and more! The house managers are very helpful and quick to respond/help. Short drive from beaches on the Atlantic ocean. Can drive to the tip of the peninsula and board the ferry to Aveiro, or drive around the lagoon to Aveiro (depending on ferry timing, can be faster to just drive there). Boat rides available. If you go to Aveiro, try and get a dinner at O Beirro restaurant! Great food and divine……

“Our stay at Casa de Muranzel provided a perfect place for relaxation and exploring the village of Torreira. It was also a great jumping off place for exploring further afield… a short trip to Aveiro and one hour drive to Porto. We all loved coming back to the house for a swim in the pool!
