“This is a great hotel! The breakfast is always delicious and the hotel smells clean from the minute you walk in. The room and nice and spacious with comfortable beds. The only downside is if you get a room with a balcony be prepared to dodge alot of spiders and spider webs all over.”

“Stayed here for three nights on a family trip. The location was perfect for all of our plans! The hotel is new and sparkling clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff very friendly. My kids enjoyed the pool, which I was told is heated. Complimentary breakfast was one of the best I’ve had and we stay at hotels often! If I visit the area again, I would definitely stay here again! 10/10 would recommend!! ”

“I was in the area tending to a family emergency. The Inn at Apple Valley was chosen because of the convenient location. I had not stayed at this hotel in the past. I was very happy with the helpful staff, clean clean room. The room was quiet and everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. ”

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“This is the second time we've stayed here. The rooms are clean, and the staff is very courteous and professional. Convenient to get to Gatlinburg from this end of town also. It's right around the corner from Dollywood and lots of other attractions, but since it's not right on the main drag, there's very little traffic noise.”

“Our stay was great! It was located in a great area. Parking was great! 24 hour swimming pool! Very clean! The only thing I would have changed was the Dove Soap. Not a fan. ”
