My husband and I just spent the week in this beautiful condo. Everything about the stay was wonderful. The people at the front desk were kind and helpful. The property was clean and inviting. The prices were competitive. We will definitely be back!

Nice overall
Our cabin rental fell threw so we went with this place. We checked in. There was some kind of mess up, so we actually got an upgrade. Then we had to go to the concierge desk to get our bands. Well there they try to get you to do a 90 minute sit down like a lot of places do when trying to sell a time share. Not really excited with that, I told the woman no and still got another text about scheduling a time for it. I ignored it. The place basically took care of everything for this host. I never spoke to him actually but everything was handled. Would consider stay here again.

Major problems & lack of communication
Huge problem at check-in. The "owner" added my name to the reservation, but did not add my address (I had provided this immediately upon booking the room on VRBO). So the front desk was not going to check me in. I tried contacting the rental company, but their office was closed. I contacted the emergency number & email, but did not receive a response until the next morning. Luckily the front desk finally did work with me, but I could tell they were breaking the rules in doing so. Also killed 4 bugs in our room during our 5-night stay. The room was spacious and the location was very good. But the headache was absolutely not worth it.
