The Resort @ Governor’s Crossing is a great family-friendly destination. We’ve stayed in the main building a couple of times and have always enjoyed the room layout there, so we were a little disappointed with our room in Building 1—it just didn’t have the same feel or setup we prefer.
The outdoor pool area was nice, but it could benefit from a few more loungers, especially during busy times. The check-in process was a bit slow, but the staff consistently made up for it with their friendly and responsive service.
We appreciated the convenience of the resort’s text message system for guest requests—it made communication easy and efficient. Checkout was also quick and hassle-free.
Overall, it’s a solid resort with great amenities and attentive staff, and we’d happily return—though we’d request the main building
