“Their advertising is very misleading. They show a picture of a rice cooker, a hot pot and a drink kettle but when I asked them about it, they said no that is for a different type of room, but the pictures were listed for the room that I reserved. They’re dishonest And the area is some distance from the commercial area and they air-conditioning took four hours to cool off the room and the Wi-Fi was not working the first day had to change to a different after complaining ”

“This property was amazing and very clean. The hosts were great and very knowledgable of the area. Their 2 dogs were so friendly and my kids loved them. The house and location was very peaceful yet close to anything you needed. Pool and grounds were very well kept and I would stay at this property anytime.”

“Super séjour dans cet hôtel. Le cadre avec les cascades est superbe, le restaurant (petit déjeuner et repas) est très bien et les plats fait maison. Le personnel est accueillant. La chambre est confortable, propre et moderne. Belle situation à Loboc, à environ 35 minutes en scooter des principales activités (Tarsiers, Chocolate Hills…). “沒人情味的住宿完全沒有家的感覺，入住根本是活受罪！ 貌似韓資酒店在薄荷島各處進行搶錢大作戰，整體平庸無過人之處，奇怪的政策卻層出不窮，我沒帶榴槤，憑什麼帶熱食要收外食費？ 這哪門子的過分規則？外食不能在客房使用，這輩子第一次聽過，怕客房髒掉就不要開酒店！另外，削芒果也聽說要收費？！這輩子第一次遇到。 於是我選擇不簽名，結果主管說，就算不簽還得遵守飯店規則，簽不簽都一樣，此生不會再住！ 一點人情味都沒的飯店，有的是一堆規範，不了解怎麼能被各平台捧的那麼高，薄荷島遊客真可憐！ 另外，電梯長時間悶熱及濕氣， 每乘坐電梯一次都覺得自己臭掉了，很糟糕的設施！ 沒服務熱忱建議韓資集團把飯店收了，不要在當地服務造成旅客的旅遊素質下降！”
