Nous étions venu il y a 12 ans. L'hotel est toujours aussi magnifique, étonnant au niveau architecture et décoration. Je ne met pas 5 étoile à cause de la salle de bain. Minuscule au niveau de la douche et des toilettes, presque impossible de s'assoir correctement sur les toillettes. Surement impossible pour une personne corpulente. Pas très sérieux et pas très agréable. A savoir avant de réserver. (chambre 455 à l'extérieur) Les massages étaient très corrects, mais le personnel peu avenant (dialogue minimum), a cause de langue ?

Other reviews refer to this as a quirky property and it is. I got lucky with room 424. Usual spare furnishings but comfy bed and plenty of windows. The best was its patio, great for morning coffee and evening tea to watch the sun settle over rooftops. The best surprise was the steep ladderstairs to the second and ! third levels. They had great views but not for mobility challenged and no furniture or shade up there. Cannot access room from main lobby as it is in the annex. But explore the charming and twisty main complex hallways/courtyards. A couple of coffee breakfast places about 5 mins walk - easy to take back to room. A self laundrette across from hotel front door with a terrace bar/restaurant out front. Good a/c and water pressure. Kettle and tea in room but no coffee. I enjoyed my stay.

A one of a kind hotel! Loved it. Ask for a room not too far from reception though. The pool and rooftop bar are beautiful. The piano room is wonderful. The bed was very high and a bit squeaky.

Unique hotel comprised of several houses connected by courtyards and an underground passage. Our room was clean and spacious with separate sitting area, bathroom and bedroom. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Location was great with a short walk to bars/restaurants, the Cathedral and Alcazar.

I was very dissatisfied with the state of this hotel. It is run down and has old furniture in the room. We also had ants in our bathroom, a leaky faucet and you couldn’t sit on the toilet straight because there was a wall in front of it so you had to sit sideways! It was very expensive and not worth the price at all. We would never return.

We love this hotel and it made our time in Seville extra special. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating when after our first night we asked to change room. We were kindly moved to a fabulous room (no.2). The piano room is a lovely addition and we enjoyed after dinner drinks and a game of cards while listening to the music. We felt like we were really experiencing old Seville at this hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, rooms super quiet at night and we loved all the inner courtyards, antiques, plants and character. Re our room change; we had initially been given room 101 which needs an upgrade as it smells of damp, the window doesn't open and the bathroom door doesn't close. We were so pleasantly surprised to be moved to a much nicer room and very grateful to have been accommodated so quickly and without fuss. Thank you, we would highly recommend staying here!
