“This property is a gem! Lots of space especially the top floor living area. Beautiful open plan, decks on the back and side with views of Ressurection Bay and the surroundings. Easy access to 'downtown' Seward. The host was very helpful and answered any and all inquiries immediately. We are already planning a return trip!”

“I was traveling alone on this trip and was blessed to find this amazing home to stay in. It was much bigger than expected and the amount of detail put in to the design was masterful! Communication with the host was amazing and when my schedule allowed me to stay an extra day it was finalized in minutes. Location is minutes from Seward and short drives to plenty of fishing, hiking, and parks, etc. Only regret was I wish I had more time to chat with the hosts and get a camp fire going one night……

“This little place was so cute and so clean! All the amenities packed into one little place. Only thing was the toilet. It’s basically a glorified bucket. So that doesn’t have running water to it. But it works and is better than an outhouse! That and the squeaky bunkbed was the only issue. All in all a great little place to stay for a few nights and it’s very quiet. ”

“Our family enjoyed staying at Bear Bottoms. The area is lovely, Erin was extremely communicative and quick to respond to our needs and we loved being right on the creek where we could see the salmon after they spawned. We also counted 9 bunnies in the neighborhood. The house had everything we needed. ”

“What a fantastic VRBO. The pictures and the write-up don’t do it justice. Everything is as described, and the care and attention that has been put into it is amazing. Highly highly recommend. ”

“This house is located right outside Seward which we found very relaxing and convenient. Kitchen and bathroom were updated and fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable, temperature and dark shades made for some of the best sleep. Options for inside eating were small side table or TV trays. Best option is beautiful outside spot with picnic table and fire pit. Host was excellent. Made things really easy and communicated promptly. ”

“This is a gorgeous home in Seward. It is beautifully decorated and I loved the wooden sliding doors that were in the home. Lovely art throughout the home.There is plenty of space for everyone and it was very clean. All of the bedrooms were nice and comfortable and there is a washing machine and dryer. “Our stay at the Eagles Nest was lovely. Even though there was a heavy storm on the night we stayed, listening to the rain as we fell asleep was perfect. The heavily wooded surroundings were peaceful and calming. The home was perfectly clean, spacious shower, and coffee/tea provided. Recommend for your stay! ”

“Our family enjoyed this home on the Kenai river. Very clean and well stocked. Roughly an hour drive to Seward and Soldotna and not quite two hours to Anchorage. Communication with the host was good. Michael made sure we had what we needed and made sure we were comfortable with the house. Enjoyed the fire ring by the river! Plenty of room to fish whether wading or off the bank. “Great stay close to Seward!This house is just a short drive to Seward, which made it a perfect home base for exploring the area. It had a lot of great features, but our favorites were the hot tub (amazing after a long hike!) and the beautiful bathroom.We’d read in other reviews that communication could be an issue, but we received our check-in instructions early on the day of arrival and had no problems at all.The only minor downsides were a limited selection of kitchen utensils and occasional……
