“The cottage was super cute, great location, everything we needed. The only item to note is that due to the homes age (which is part of its character), the bathroom toilet area is very snug. It worked fine, but I do think it is to be noted if you have any above average sized folks joining you. Had a great location, walkable to many things, including Saturday Farmers Market. ”

The property manager responded quickly with any questions we might had. An overall great weekend and definitely will be using VRBO again in the future!”

You can walk to downtown Southern Pines and all the awesome restaurants and shops. It’s also ten minutes or less to most of the best Golf courses. The home was modern and very clean.
