“Pro’s; home was very clean and ready upon arrival. All appliances inside and out were in working order, convenient and easy to use. Furniture and bedding was clean, comfortable and well organized. Home was well appointed with ample furniture and amenities. Very comfortable. Cons; outdoor pool area had quite a few weeds growing around the perimeter of the yard. Two of the three upstairs bedrooms did not have a dresser to store clothes in drawers. Water pressure in the upstairs bathroom sink……

I spent a birthday here with friends and couldn’t have imagined a better property or a more attentive and generous host! 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants to spend time on the gorgeous Jersey shore. “Home was clean with all needed supplies plus some were stocked! Beds were comfortable and the home was quiet dispite having a neighbor downstairs. The home was updated and had plenty of entertainment. Parking wasn’t ideal because you have to park all the way to the right of the driveway but not step on the mulch which is right where you get out of the car. ”

“My family was looking for a rental close to the beach that could host 4 adults and this was the perfect fit. They especially loved the wraparound deck on the apartment’s second level, which made for a great spot to drink coffee and play cards with the cool beach breeze. Thank you for hosting! ”

“This apartment was perfectly located at the beginning of the pier. We enjoyed having coffee out on the porch and we enjoyed walking the pier to different places. The apartment is very clean, but it is very small so it really is perfect for just two people I think having a third person in there unless it's a child would be a little cramped. There were some suggestions that I am sending to the owner but overall I would absolutely stay here again.”
