“This property has it all. Once you arrive no need to leave. The pool, hot tub, kayaks, pool table and other amenities help create a fun and relaxing environment. The beds are comfortable and the home has plenty of spaces to hang out, play cards or just watch TV. Highly recommend.”

“My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. While it was still too cold for swimming everything we needed was provided for. We enjoyed each sunset on the patio just hanging out. Property managers were quick to respond to any messages sent. Highly recommend staying here.”

“Excellent spot for a quiet, comfy family lake vacation. The cove is really lovely, peaceful and safe. Lake access is from a very well-maintained dock and walkway. Kayaks, stand-up paddleboard, many sizes of life vests were super helpful. Ideal for families. Big property in a quiet, private area. We liked that there are actually two buildings (one is an apartment above the garage), separated by the driveway. There are a lot of great things about the house. Bedrooms are big, beds are super……

“Another great stay at this location. We’ve been staying there for several years. It’s equipped with everything you may need. ”

“Enjoyed our stay (4 mid 70's people). Construction at the property didn't really bother us. We did have some trouble entering the garage which appeared to be a keypad malfunction but did communicate this to a lady on site. Used the inside door keypad for entry. “You could not ask for a better location on the water! There is so much room on the property and the house was very accommodating for our larger group. Would highly recommend for friends trips, large family trips, etc. Far enough from the big city but close enough to still take an uber to/from the airport and local restaurants. ”

“The property is located close to downtown Rock Hill. Not the nicest part but not the worst. Houses in neighborhood easily build in the 1940s. Luther did a good of refurbishing the house to make the inside comfortable and functional. We were visiting for a sports tournament and home was conveniently locate to the multiple venues and within 5-10 minutes to restaurants and stores. Luther was great host and very responsive in answering any questions and addressing concerns.”
