“Was very underwhelmed, pictures on the listing were perfect but that was far from what the stay started off as. When checked in and first viewing the listing the home had not been cleaned. I immediately reached out to the host who said “it was a scheduling misunderstanding”, I can say the were quick to get someone out the clean, there were bugs which we don’t know where they were coming from. There was mold in the AC which we asked the host to make sure the cleaners attended to but that request……

“This is a very cute modern tiny house near the lake. The amenities were very nice and the property is beautiful. It’s not the best view of the lake but you can see the water through the trees along the shore. My only issue is there is no access to the water from this property. You have to plan to drive to a public lake access elsewhere. Before booking I had been told by the property management company that we would have direct easy lake access we could get to by foot, so to find out that wasn’t……

“This place was SO cute!! I loved the way the bed was set up so it almost doubled as a couch in front of the TV. The guest book was such a nice touch. It was the perfect size for my boyfriend and I!!! We will definitely be back!”

“The apartment was very comfortable. We didn't realize that it was upstairs. It was very hot temperature wise. Our manager was sending me e-mails. But I wasn't getting them. But once we were inside everything was perfect. Everything was very clean and well stocked. Everything was comfortable and very nice to return to after sightseeing. Once we had the wifi everything was a lot better on both sides. The house/apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the peace and quiet.”

“Studio 3 is a wonderful place to stay. It is furnished nicely. I really appreciated the washer and dryer and the fact that the hosts supplied a couple of days worth of detergent. The hosts were phenomenal! On the night of our arrival some really nasty storms rolled in causing a power outage. They were super helpful with all information that they had available to them and willing to help make things more comfortable for us until power was restored. We loved the fact that this little gem is tucked……
