“We enjoyed our stay very much and found this to be a perfect spot for a quick Labor Day Weekend getaway. Clean and cozy, with plenty of space for our family to spread out. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch and relaxing. The fireworks over the lake on Sunday evening were an added bonus. Exactly what we were looking for! ”

“Holy cow! What a beautifully hidden gem!The house was so nice. The view was amazing and the morning visit from Smudge was very pleasant. She’s a brave kitty and didn’t mind my German Shepherd at all.They had so many games to choose from! (Including many classics)Although it wasn’t necessary for us today, I noticed that it is (actually) wheelchair accessible (ramp, accessible entrance, large open showers, large floor plan). LOVE that!! The cleanliness of this place was incredible. My best……

“Beautiful cabin. Not huge, but not too small either. Very clean and well-maintained. Property is quiet and secluded, but also very close to Rickett's Glen, country store and variety of dinner options. Try the fish and chips at Crooked Creek. 10/10! Burger and waffle fries were fantastic also. Had to cut our trip short but will be coming back soon. And Jeff, the host, is a pleasure to deal with. ”

“It’s a perfect location for us. Very convenient for our needs. Like the ability to walk.close to restaurant. We did see a few ants in the kitchen but otherwise everything was great. ”

“Lots of space and kitchen items. Many staples left from previous renters. Lots of linens in laundry room that could be used in kitchen so the kitchen pack rental was not really needed. So many nice water toys! We usually put the hot blooded ones lowest in the house, but the AC in the upper master was the coldest here.”

“It was the perfect place for our sibling reunion. It was easy to find, right on Lake Nuangola. Nice ammenities and nice back yard for lounging in the sun.”

“This home was just as described. A few upgrades to the beds could be made as they are too noisy. Every time u move the bed squeaks. Apartment sits right on top of store, so you smell all the good aroma of the food being made. Wifi was great but host turned it off at 6AM on the morning of checkout. Wifi should be provided for the whole duration of people stay, because once they checkout they can’t take your wifi with them anyway. I did encounter one roach in the bathroom, but other than that the……

“We really enjoyed our stay, they had almost everything. We had some leftovers and there wasnt anything to put it in or wrap it with like saran wrap or a baggie or tin foil and we looked for a lighter for a fire but found a small book of matches. We LOVED the cute little coffee bar that was set up. Everything was clean and tidy and comfortable and close to Ricketts Glen State Park. ”
