House was clean, great TV and beautiful scenery Would have liked more privacy , not a criticism of the owners however I was under the impression all Stayz accomodation was private and not AirB&B”

The location was fabulous and we enjoyed a perfect getaway, cycling the Great Victorian Rail Trail. ‘Tiny’ living was great fun and having the clear starry night sky and neighbouring donkey as our entertainment was fabulous and a welcome relief from City hub-bub! ”

“The Bosses Settlement was a real find and surpassed our expectations from the moment we arrived. Picturesquely located in rolling countryside, cahrmingly renovated, very comfortablely furnished (esp the beds),the Settlemnet had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Apart from the house there were so many outdoor areas to relax in, verandahs on 3 sides, beautiful gardens and a fire pit area. The kitchen was well equipped and spotless and best of all stocked with freshly baked anzac biscuits,……
