“This property is absolutely great, we stayed over the thanksgiving weekend we were 6 adults, the property has 4 bedrooms which are very roomy and beds very comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook our thanksgiving dinner. the weather was a little too cold for an outdoor BBQ there is a beautiful patio for outdoor dinning , however we did enjoy an evening around the fire pit and walking path from the house to the beach. Definitely recommend a stay at the Black Barn Family beach House and……

“We loved our stay , it was in a great location not far from amenities, quiet location , lots of room and bed was so comfortable & pillows were so soft and fluffy. Only thing that would have been nice is if there was more seating in the living room area for comfort when relaxing in evening , 1 couch for 3 adults and a baby was a bit small but we made do. Overall though was a great spacious house:) ”

“The property is very nice and was as pictured. The host was very communicative before and throughout our stay. It has a beautiful view and it was awesome hanging out in the hot tub. Perfect spot for a couple. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“A great base location for travel to NB sights and PEI. Provides a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Just a couple blocks to coastline tho no view from house. If you need railing to go up stairs, be aware that the railing switches sides at wide landing and has no railing at corner. Recently renovated with comfortable furniture. ”

“I stayed with my parents and sister in late August. The property had the perfect location for us, who wanted to spend time at the beach. The cottage was a great size and was quiet. The neighbors are close but you do have your own space and yard to use. We especially enjoyed the fire table. ”

“Overall for a 1 night stay this was convenient for us and it was a good walk distance to the avenir center. The only issues we had was with the shower. We couldn't set the temperature comfortable it was either cool or really hot. Other then that it was a great stay thank you ”
