The outlook and room interior design is great! However, due to Christmas time, it could not be able to check-in on time due to the fully booking of hotel while the morning breakfast arrangement needs to be improved during peak time 9:00-10:00. Besides, the shower hot water is not hot and comfortable enough, the room temperature is too cool and the temperature controller did not work. Moreover, there is booking error between the hotel and Expedia platform such that there is only one breakfast offered for two guests per each room by the hotel but clearly mentioned breakfast included for the two guests in the booking order of Expedia. It’s fine that the hotel manager eventually willing to offer back one more breakfast per each room after several time of negotiations.

the hotel was just right next to the concert venue and it was super convenient! on top of that, the staff was polite and the hotel room was very comfortable. it was a spacious room with quality amenities.

住宿質素好，但4人入住，訂了兩房單位，但只是給予兩份早餐，令人失去預算，這點較令人失望。 因沒有國內的電子支付，走前托櫃檯服務員預約車輛亦被推卻，感覺不到有意對客戶服務。
