“Nice apartment in a great location.”

“Thank you! Overall very pleased with VRBO. Good location- safe neighborhood. Spacious home with nice rooms. Nice common area for hanging out. Nice kitchen. Loved parking and check in - safe and great temp of house. Housekeeping could be one area to be improved/ house was clean but some attention to details is missing. Example- kitchen closet when opened (because cleaning supplies were seen under the food) a broom fell out and was clearly shoved in closet. It was okay w four adults but a kid……

“We had a wonderful time in Memphis. The house was perfect and close to places we wanted to see. The hostess, Cetera, always replied quickly to emails. She was very helpful. We loved Graceland and took a bus tour of Memphis that was great. We ate breakfast every morning at “Sunrise Memphis” which was wonderful. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Great trip!”

“Location, location, location - the location of this rental could not have been better for me and my 6 year old. Right across from the park, near the zoo, kids museum and so much more. Nothing was more than 15 minutes away.We were very pleased upon arrival. Check in was seamless, entry was as described and simple, and the unit itself was just as pictured and spotless. “It was the perfect spot for the weekend. We had a private event to attend and an after party. Everything was great, the location, the cleanliness and space size. The only thing I wish they had was more lighting when once you get in the gate. I was afraid that a raccoon or possum might pop out of the darkness. But otherwise everything was great. “Host sent code to get into the house prior to arrival and that process went well. This property was advertised as sleeping 17, which was not accurate. There were 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 double/ full beds. Which was only enough for 6 guest. My youngest had to sleep on the couch! Sheets were dirty with stains, hair and crums. Fortunately we all had a travel blanket and slept on top of the covers. Towels provided did not smell fresh or clean. All the rugs in the……

“Cy was a fantastic host, very easy to get in touch with and helpful. He offered great recommendations for restaurants in Memphis. The house was well stocked and very comfortable! The only thing I would say is that there is a very busy street that the house sits next and it can be a touch noisy. If that is something you are sensitive to, it may not be the right fit. We had a great stay!”

“Owner was very nice and the place was very clean and spacious. Cool loft vibe with high ceilings. Walking distance to Tom Lee Park. However, my friend got her car stolen while parked on the street out front. Police said there had been some cars broken into in the area in the past. ”
