“We had a good stay while here. The neighborhood is very charming to walk around. The hosts are great and responsive! Very close and walkable to many attractions, restaurants, grocery, etc. The only reason not 5 stars is because we did have some noisy neighbors in the alleyway at 3am, but that's not really in the host's control!”

“It was a great location for our needs. Nice layout. It was mostly clean. I could write my name in the dust on my bedroom night stand. Host, Jose, was not as responsive as I would have liked.. We texted him about an hour and a half of our arrival asking for two blankets and for a stopper for the bathtub. Housekeeping came the next day but by then we figured how to be warm. The unit doesn't have heat control in unit. I never did get a stopper for the tub. I went and bought one myself. I ……

This rental is not “charming”, it’s very very old & not well-cared of; the stairs to the property in the back (which is the way you are instructed to enter) are treacherous. There isn’t lighting outside to maneuver the stairs and I’m sure they aren’t up to code. You’re met with a hanging chain that hits you in the head upon opening the back entry way door.
