“Last year when we ate breakfast there, there was a woman that kept everything stocked. It seems they got rid of her because we had to go to the main desk and ask for items. For example, we had to ask for green tea, yogurts, English muffins, knives, etc. I couldn't find any receptacles for recyclables (cans or bottles). The WIFI was VERY spotty. ”

“We booked as a family of 4 as we just needed space to sleep and rest up before daily activities. The online listed showed two roll out beds in the loft and upon arrival, there was only one. After reaching out to the host, a quick response was received and a solution provided. The check-in email also indicated two TVs however there was only one. We did not reach out to host bc for us, it was not needed. They do have a small dehumidifier that needed emptied frequently during our stay. Otherwise……

“This is a wonderful rental! The apartment was very clean and well cared for! It is such a good find for when we visit family in the Buffalo area. ”

“This house was nicely supplied with everything we might need for our stay. I think the kitchen was especially beautiful! All the other areas were very nicely decorated and comfortable. It's nice to have a separate area to go to if your companions are still asleep or retire early. (especially if you are in your PJs) Something hotels often don't offer. We were contacted by the host, but not too often and we were encouraged to contact them if we needed anything-we didn't. I do hope we will……
