“It was absolutely lovely! Clean, comfy beds. Dishwasher. Everything you need to cook. No noise at all in the rooms, but as soon as you step outside you hear the lovely noise of the chickens and sheep - it’s so peaceful. Thank you so much! Will definitely be staying again. ”

“The Property is situated perfectly in the peaks with amazing panoramic views. You are surrounded by peaks, big skies & wildlife as well as the permanent residence on the Farm, horses, sheep (shout out to Jack the Ram, friendliest sheep I have met) & chickens. Inside the cottage is cosy, well equipped & clean. Beds are comfy, 2 bathrooms always a bonus & it's quiet. We are already planning our next trip.”

“Another great stay in Whaley Bridge everything you need central location quiet area, neighbours friendly. Cottage very cosy lounge spacious kitchen bathroom good shower. Would definitely stay at Honeysuckle again, train 2 minute walk to station buses to Buxton convenient too.”

“I loved it here. Jo is very friendly and welcoming, she ensures you have everything required and nothing is too much for her. The cottage is well equipped with a WC, main bathroom, and an en-suite shower room. WiFi, and a fully functional kitchen with a full size fridge/freezer, and a skinny dishwasher. There is also an electric car charger, but we didn’t use it and not sure if it is part of the package. The beds were a bit too hard for us, but that’s a personal preference because we have back……

“The property was situated in the heart of Bakewell but was so quiet and peaceful. The neighbours were friendly and welcoming and the property was spotless. I would definitely recommend a stay here.”

“We frequently stay in holiday properties and so know what you can get for £140 / night and sadly this was not up to the standards we would expect. The cottage is lovely, in a lovely sertting but it is very damp with mould around the windows and mildew on the curtains. It was not clean, the tiles in the bathroom were mouldy, under the furniture were dead woodlouse and other remnants of insects, cobwebs everywhere and the lavatory off the main bedroom was very poorly cleaned. “If I had to find a criticism it would be for the glass door in bathroom in ground floor bedroom!! Nobody needs a glass door to the shower and toilet!!”
