“The property is on a beautiful golf club/resort development with considerable green space and three pools located within a mile or so of the SDC parking lot. It’s an easy trip down Indian Point or over to Moonshine Beach to launch a boat. Traveling into the Strip was also an easy adventure. Many of the buildings are short term rentals catering to Brandon visitors. This home has been well-loved, which makes it great for families with kids.
