“I confirmed my booking, paid and then got a call from the owner several hours later telling me they had us double booked. He then told me I needed to cancel the booking and when I tried, it said I couldn’t cancel without forfeiting the cost. I have now been charged and still don’t have a resolution. “This was a great place right on the ocean! So comfortable and beautiful amenities. Kitchen was well equipped and very modern. The views from every window were amazing. The beds were very comfortable as well. The hot tub was ocean front and fit all six of us comfortably.There are three flights of stairs to get to the kitchen, we didn't have an issue with that, but renters should be aware of that.I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
