“It’s was fun birthday staycation to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Little surprises prepared by duty manager Alison was lovely and made my daughter feel very special. Overall service at Four Seasons is top notch! But on a negative side note, Melody from the 6th floor breakfast buffet was a bit curt and rude when she thought I didn’t understand Chinese said “搬桌子，这么麻烦！” right in my face when Bill (restaurant manager who was excellent!) suggested to move some tables so we can sit closer to the……

“The hotel is clean, modern, and in a great area—close enough to attractions but far enough to avoid noise. The room was well-organized, with plenty of storage space for my stuff. Staff were polite and never intrusive, which I loved as a solo traveler. The coffee in the lobby was a nice touch too. Overall, a great value and a perfect base for exploring!”
