“Nicely renovated Victorian. Clean and neat with all necessary conveniences. Quiet neighborhood in convenient location. As others have mentioned the neighborhood seems safe enough but is a little run down. We didn’t walk around the neighborhood but that was due to a busy schedule not the area.
