“The opportunity to stay in a historic home that has been beautifully restored was amazing. The home is clean and has everything you need. This home is on the ghost tour which was fun for us. The stairs to the two rooms upstairs are steep and narrow, but that was expected in an 1800's home. Our only issue was that the outside door handle was a little loose. This is a beautifully restored home, only a block from all the downtown fun and I highly recommend it!”

“We really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for our adult family of four and our dog. Well equipped, even for Thanksgiving dinner. Really enjoyed the wood stove after spending hours outside. Quiet and peaceful. The only thing that would have made our stay better is to have one more double or queen bed. Our 6 ft tall son doesn’t fit so well in a twin bed anymore. Overall, a delightful experience. Thank you!”

“We loved LOVED our stay. The beds were so comfortable and the home was very clean. The kitchen is large and well stocked. And the location and view of the mountains was wonderful! Amy, our host, was responsive and gave great directions. We would definitely stay again!!!”

“Cute little house with a beautiful flower garden. We were very disturbed by the condition of the wiring in the house. Ungrounded outlets, many with 3-4 (also ungrounded) extension cords powering everything in the room. We didn’t feel comfortable charging anything in the house. We charged in our vehicle. No fire Marshall would approve, does Vrbo and Expedia have safety standards? No handrail on the stairs to the second floor or to the basement. Carrying bags up and down was dangerous!Downstairs……

“The host was gracious. Clean accomodations. Comfortable. Cozy. Steep 2x4 ladder to bed in loft. There is only a composting toilet. Nice cabin. Rustic feel. Great Access. I would not recommend it if you have young children, are elderly, or are physically impaired. The ladder and bed in the loft offer significant risk. For me, it was a great stay. ”
