The gentleman on duty at the desk in late afternoon and evening needs customer service training. Every time you asked him a question his answer was he was new which I found out wasn’t true. We couldn’t find MSMBC on the TV and I asked who they used and he said he didn’t know. There was no Decaf coffee . I was told you can make it in your room. I called ahead to ask if they had low fat yogurt at breakfast and was told they did but didn’t. The hotel is fairly new and there was dirt in the hall. Who ever choice the chair for the room because it is extremely uncomfortable it’s very hard.
