“We rented to ice fish, it was very clean and perfect for our group. The hosts were amazing and the fishing was great. 5 stars all the way!! ”

The kitchen is well equipped to make meals and there is also an extensive binder with great information about restaurants and attractions nearby. The house was immaculate, cozy and comfortable. “A fantastic space for our winter weekend visit to Colgate. The house was super clean and cozy, with lots of space to socialize and play games while enjoying the beautiful view of the snow covered lake. We will be back!”

“House was perfect for our needs -- a long parents weekend visit to Colgate. Not exactly Colgate adjacent, but convenient to the airport, Syracuse and right on Lake Oneida and 30 min to Colgate. Just down the road from Verona Beach State Park and it's possible to keep walking to Sylvan Beach -- and with perfect fall weather it was an amazing walk. House was great to cook in and made for a fine remote work location. I only wish we'd made better use of the she shed /man cave b/c it is an awesome……

“The location and house are great! Only down side to the property is a rock wall that is between the house and lake that makes it harder to access in the winter. Overall, extremely clean inside and I will definitely be coming back!”

“Had a great weekend meeting up with my siblings and their families and getting to stay together in this cozy house. We had plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 kids. The house is so well stocked (towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, kitchen supplies—even pizza stones!) we didn’t wish for anything. The neighborhood was great, had a nice walk around Caz. The hosts were great, responded quickly to inquiries and checked in making it easy to ask any small questions we had. Would definitely stay here……
