“Home was in a great location convenient to many restaurants and bars. Listing stated they had a grill but unfortunately did not. There was a fire pit in the back yard but no propane tank so we couldn’t use it. Parking was a challenge every night we came back from the family we were there visiting. House is decorated nicely but living room furniture was super uncomfortable but beds were very comfortable.”

“Three generations of family gathered here for a holiday together. The beautiful historic home is located in the heart of downtown Annapolis - activities for everyone within blocks. We opted for the chef-prepared breakfast,- a highlight!”

“The house was exactly how it looked on the website. There were no surprises that we didnt expect. I was in touch with the manager and he responded promptly to all my emails. My kids loved the house. There was parking in the area. Bathrooms worked. Beds were comfortable. Was minutes away from all the attractions so we didnt have to travel a lot. Had a great experience. Would definitely give it an overall 5 star. Thank you!”

“We did a guys golf trip hitting courses around both Baltimore and Washington DC. We didn’t spend much time at the property but plenty of rooms and beds and perfect to get a few families together and meet up for a vacation”

“Located on a dead-end road, the property is situated on a quiet spot where you can relax and listen to the birds sing on the side deck. The property is a convenient drive to Annapolis, Washington DC, and northern Virginia.The house was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very good about communicating and answering questions. Two of the biggest beds are only double sized, so plan accordingly. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would stay here again.”

“Last minute family trip to Baltimore. House was perfect for our family. Location was great, walking diatance to camden Yards for a baseball game (25 minutes) and to the Inner Harbor (15 minutes). Awesome rooftop deck woth panoramic views of downtown that we didnt take advantage of enough. Thanks for letting us stay!”

“Four adults and 2 children had a wonderful stay. The house was immaculate and the neighborhood was very pleasant to walk. Kitchen is well equipped. Living room and bedrooms spacious and family friendly. Furniture on porches allowed us to sit and enjoy the surroundings. All in all, we had just a great time and would be very happy to visit again. ”

“Amazing from booking to departure. Location and amenities are spot on. Bed was comfortable, excellent walking distance to restaurants and shops. Everything needed for comfort was included in the rental. ”

“The property had many rooms, and the back yard was nice. Other than that it had a musty smell/ smelled like cats when we first entered. The ceiling in the basement was maybe 6/7 ft high where we had to duck while walking around. The air conditioning was set on 70 with a lock, which was fine, BUT it didn’t work in the top two rooms where the temp was well over 90 during the day. It’s a good place to stay for one or two nights but if you plan on doing longer I wouldn’t recommended it. I will say……
