“We spent a long weekend at this comfortable and clean unit. It is conveniently located with a designated parking spot right outside the door. Only 2 exterior steps down to the private entrance worked out great for our older Labrador Retriever who has difficulty with steps these days. The layout works well with a separate bedroom and living room, connected by a small kitchen with a full size refrigerator and small countertop oven unit (no cooktop). Bathroom is nice as well. “This is actually the second time we stayed here. Both times we stayed for a long weekend. We stayed here for a weekend. We are a couple with three school aged children and we were quite comfortable. The space was clean, modern, and in a great location. The building has great amenities, a game room, a gym, and work spaces on site. It was a perfect weekend getaway.”

“I had such a great time in Stamford! Very lovely town and a very lovely property. It is a 15 minute walk to downtown so I’d recommend loaning a car or using rideshare services. “Although my original plans for the weekend changed I had a wonderful rainy stay. There are definitely a lot of food options in the area to choose from, and the walkability to the beach albeit cold and off-season was very nice. My only downside would be there were a lot of remotes and no clear placement of where which went to, the tv did not have cable(or at the very least I couldn't figure out how to use it), the only real option for air flow was to crack the windows, but otherwise a very nice……

"As an experienced traveler, I have to rate this La Quinta a ONE out of Five. The facility is too old to use. To open the door, you need to insert the card key dozens of times. The hall way is not flat, slightly uphill or downhill. The drain of the tub is only half-working. When you take shower your feet are in the water. Basin is cracked and glued. AC sound wakes you up every time when it starts. Breakfast is ok, but lack of food after 8:50, it says that the time of breakfast is 6:30 to 9:30. Parking is free and safe, which is only thing make my thumb up. Overall, with $140 per night price, I must say, I was very disappointed by this hotel!!! By the way, the other La Quinta hotels I have lived in are very good."
