“It’s right next door to the recently renovated shop which is super convenient - and it’s a short walk to the creek/beach. There’s not much backyard and no front yard as it’s attached to the aforementioned shop - so it would be ok for a family with little kids or like us with older kids who didn’t come with us! Whole house has been done up in the past year or so - so everything’s fresh and clean and new. We’re planning on staying in it again with no hesitation.”

“Brian’s place was set on the lagoon which was so beautiful to sit and watch over brekkie or chilling out on hols . The house was very generously equiped with kayaks , Sups and kitchen condiments not to mention amble gas for the outdoor heater. Beds were comfy and the neighbours were super friendly and loved being able to bring our dog. Thank you Brian ”

“Can’t beat Hat Head”

“A neat house in a great location close to the beach and club with a handy 4 bedrooms. The house was clean although some of the furniture could use updating. Outside there is a nice outdoor area but some things are looking a little tired and in need of some basic maintenance, like the shrub at front trimmed, roof and gutters not good and a leaking back tap.”

“Great little property, we all loved it and it accommodated our family perfectly. We go up to Hat Head the same time each year and will possibly pick this property again. ”
