“Dalton Cottage is a peaceful location right on Seneca Lake. It had a fulled fenced in yard so our dogs could play (completely secure even for little dogs) and even had a doggy door they loved to use! Our dogs loved it. The deck was amazing to have coffee on every morning and the water was so clear! ”

They are doing a lot of work on the property which did not interfere with us at all, but it will be exciting to see what more they do with this really cool property.”

This is a beautiful property, within close proximity to several of our favorite local wineries/food spots, lake access for the dog and a provate dock. “Nice location and beach front. Especially liked the boat lift which made easy docking for my boat. House was nicely air conditioned except for the sunroom but that was nice in the morning and late evening.Our dogs had trouble with the metal stairs to the water,but they managed. Overall we had a nice stay.”

“Our visit was perfect! The house was very comfortable, and the lawn and porch were perfect to spend most of our time outside and for our kids to run around/be in the lake. It was great to have so many ways to enjoy the lake with kayaks, paddleboards, etc. Victoria was super helpful and so responsive to any question. Highly recommend this property!”
