“The web site photos are misleading. There is no worthwhile view from hotel. Lift did not work. Supposed to include free breakfast but restaurant was closed as they had no other guests. Not open for lunch either. Premium room was supposed to have 2 rooms. Second room was sofa bed in entryway. We could not cancel as we had checked in. We gave the room to our driver and found a luxury resort nearby for the same price. Do not be misled by their photos. Reviews are probably fake. Stay away from this……

Sahana managing director did a really good job with all the coordination ,decoration and logistics would definitely recommend this place. Mr Boopalan interacted frequently to ensure that the guests were comfortable and the food was delicious. Overall great hospitality”
“On a very busy street. Rooms have narrow windows and the blinds have to be kept drawn since it faces nearby buildings. Hence the room feels closed in. The staff was very helpful and the food was really good”
“Shocked with the hotel. It’s little better than lodge & feel terribly cheated having paid 10k a night. I understand it was Christmas weekend but anyone booking should not pay more than 5k a night.

“Wasn’t Gods stay. Firstly they said don’t have booking confirmation, secondly no car parking space (parked car outside the hotel), thirdly no wifi ( said its not working ) and finally rude front desk staff.”
“There is no property with such name. Expedia took money from me in the name of bogus hotel which doesn’t exist and after that they done have a customer service number where we can put our complaint. Worst company and I am going to posit about it on social media as well”
