“High quality accommodations, extremely comfortable and well equipped. We stayed at the suite room that had a separate bedroom. Location was on the top of a hill with views of the valley and the Gilboa hills. Beautiful short hiking trails right near the room. Room was very clean and inviting. Access to huge Swimming pool was included Staff was helpful at check in. ”

“The price is quite expensive, while the quality did worth it. I did not feel welcome from the hotel, and even cannot see smile from the staffs. There is a bath basin in the room, and the water get into floor quickly. Which made everything into worse condition. The light in toilet was not on. Wifi in 1st floor is no problem, but from 2nd floor cannot access. It is not worth the money.”

“The property itself is pretty and clean. Some of the staff need more training, especially the reception area. It was in disarray when I checked in and also never reachable by phone. The AC in my room didn’t work and then when it worked it wasn’t really functioning properly. The dinner was mediocre. We enjoyed our stay here and we will come back. Thanks to Rami, Shoham the lifeguard, Gal from the dining room and to the hotel director Denis. I appreciate your hospitality. ”

“Michel house is a very nice place to stay. Michel is very nice, he prepare lovely home-made breakfast to us everyday. Treat us with special Israel dish and pack us sandwiches to bring along. “酒店設施及環境皆好。早餐豐富，易泊車、有按摩池。員工態度一般，Check in 時說找不到我訂第二日的預訂，要明天能跟進. 退房時，櫃檯職員不負責過數，要等另外負責人，等至近十分鐘才有一位女士來過數，沒道歉，態度冷漠，完全不像酒店員工應有的服務。”
