“it's a new choice in tokyo, but the location is not very convenice between shibuya and harajuku, you need get a taxi to the hotel from shibuya station, their staff are nice, but the room smaller than the photos, i've stayed in " ace hotel " in LA and London, this single room is samller, and maybe it's summer time so i spend $32560 yen one night , but I think this price you can find more larger room or good location in Tokyo, but their brunch is good, you should try it!”

“鬧中取靜的地理位置，去地鐵站很方便，周遭便利商店也很多。不管是成田還是羽田機場大巴都可以到酒店旁，真的很方便。2樓的餐廳的餐點很好吃。我住了4晚，4個早餐都點不一樣的餐點，每種都好吃。服務人員態度很好，酒店房間浴室在日本算大的，裝修還很新。總體來說，是家小而美的精品酒店，它裝修很漂亮精緻。有機會來新宿，還好考慮住這家酒店。大推！”

“We travelled as a family of 4 so their room set up was perfect for us. There was even a little kitchen area. Location of hotel was perfect for us because we had wanted to shop and eat around the Shibuya area anyway. Also lots of yummy looking local restaurants in the streets behind the hotel - worth exploring!”

“房间在日本算大，在国内只是普通。特意问前台要了个看东京塔房间。酒店内的意大利餐厅出品很棒，下午到晚上看着都是座无虚席。早餐品质非常棒，水果居然有蓝莓，樱桃和金奇异果。日餐虽然不错，性价比不高。游泳池和SPA都还可以。但是游泳池健身房对非HYATT会员收费。酒店周围有商场，食街，美术馆，展望台，适合休闲游，但是不太适合初次到东京游客。”
