“The staff here are amazing. They are friendly, helpful and thoughtful. A buddy and I were outside smoking cigars by the water when a person, possibly an owner, came across the parking lot to speak with us. We assumed that we were going to be asked to go back inside as it was kind of late. To our surprise, he asked us if we would like some wood for the fire pit. He proceeded to get wood and started a fire for us so we could continue to enjoy the evening and our cigars. Thank you to the gentleman!”

“We did not actually get to stay at this property, so the five-star rating is not for the property itself, but rather, the ownership... A couple days before our reservation, the owner called very apologetic, informing us that there was a sewer backup and that we wouldn't be able to stay there. But he had a friend who owned a similar size house 5 minutes away, who would be able to put us up for the night, no change in rates or anything.
