“Very convenient to venue ”

“We were in town for a wedding, so we added an extra day to explore Harrisburg. The house I chose is river front and at the end of a quiet street. The location could not have been any better, 2 miles from downtown, with a wonderful river view. We spent the day walking along the river and enjoying the nearby park, historical monuments and the local restaurants. The house is older but quaint. The first level has been updated and is very nice. The 2nd and 3rd levels could use some TLC. The beds are……

“Red Mill House had everything we needed and a wonderful collection of antiques. Each room was a decorated with the collectibles and had its own personality.”

“Lovely house and location, but sooo many things went wrong. See list below. Landlords and designated agent were completely unresponsive. • Downstairs shower head fell off the wall, while someone was showering • Clothes dryer doesn’t work • Fridge doesn’t cool below 55, so no good for storing food • Dishwasher door broken, and almost injured people when it slid open with full trays that almost fell out on feet • Kitchen counter lights don’t work • Toaster doesn’t work • No kitchen……

“This was our second time staying at this wonderful home, and we came back for a reason—it truly has everything you need and more. We originally found it for a high school graduation trip and loved it so much that we returned for a college graduation.We were traveling as a family—my wife, my stepson, and I—and the house felt just as comfortable and welcoming as the first time. The location is ideal: close to my mom’s house, but also perfectly central to everywhere in York. It was so nice to come……

“This house is lovely. Spacious, clean, beautiful & very comfortable. There were 4 ladies in our group. There is a lake/park almost next door that was beautiful, with a large picnic area, playground & hiking path around the lake. It would be a perfect place for families with children. I highly recommend this home.”
