“We arrived Wed. evening before Christmas. At 6pm the power went out. The lights worked but the A/C & frig did not. The staff was unconcerned & left for the night. It was very uncomfortable overnight at 80 degrees F & 90% humidity without A/C. The next morning the manager called an electrician. He was there several hours but couldn't fix the power, another night without A/C. The upstairs bathroom had no running water. The staff left buckets of water to flush the toilet. Around midnight, all……

“The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but……

“Das Objekt war sauber, der Pool wird gereinigt. Man muss wissen, dass alles dem Landesstandard entsprechend ausgestaltet ist. Es ist ok aber nicht Luxuriös. Das grosse Schlafzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Der Pool wird auch von anderen Urlaubern genutzt. Das steht nicht in der Beschreibung. Auch der Weg zum Strand ist länger. Ich bin aber zufrieden und habe die gerne Anlage genutzt. Das Toilettenpapier und auch das Trinkwasser mussten wir selbst zahlen. ”

“Coming back from a beutifull 15 days at Villa Soleil. I can not say enough praise for all the team at the villa that made our holiday worthwhile. Everything was spot on and the made us truly feel at home. Communication with Wolfgang as the owner was also great, nothing was too much a problem and arranged also a fantastic safari stay. “The villa it self was nice overall..the listing says 4 bedrooms but in all reality it was only two bedrooms and a loft with two beds upstairs in the loft.. The bedding was very damp almost like they were in a rush to put the bedding back on the beds after washing it... Wile sitting on the couch bedbugs bit my fiancée and you could see them crawling on the couch... The power went out and after calling the care taker and the property owner we were told we had to pay for our own electric. And then……
