“Coming back from a beutifull 15 days at Villa Soleil. I can not say enough praise for all the team at the villa that made our holiday worthwhile. Everything was spot on and the made us truly feel at home. Communication with Wolfgang as the owner was also great, nothing was too much a problem and arranged also a fantastic safari stay. We already miss the place and will keep it foundly in our hearts. Asante Sana!”

“We arrived Wed. evening before Christmas. At 6pm the power went out. The lights worked but the A/C & frig did not. The staff was unconcerned & left for the night. It was very uncomfortable overnight at 80 degrees F & 90% humidity without A/C. The next morning the manager called an electrician. He was there several hours but couldn't fix the power, another night without A/C. The upstairs bathroom had no running water. The staff left buckets of water to flush the toilet. Around midnight, all……

“The property wasn't very clean and had the personal effects of the home owner in piles on the various patios. There was a pool slide that didn't seem safe to use near the pool with wasps living in and the pool wasn't very clean. There was no drinking water provided. The fridge was not plugged in or cold. There was a dog on the property that was not listed in the description. I tried to receive pictures of the additional bedrooms from the host for months before hand but she never sent them and……

“Terrible and a scam! We were placed in a house that was not the one in the photos. It’s not even a question of a worn down condition of the same house the owner took the liberty to place my party including (3) children in one of two houses in the property with the shared pool and didn’t confess until the end of 1st night when I called her over to ask what was going on as the condition and the design were completely different. Of course full payment was completed and she told a bogus story that……
