“The environment is comfortable and quiet, with clean and tidy bedding. The setting is pleasant, and cooking utensils are fully equipped. There are various types of shopping venues near the hotel. This is the second visit, and it’s just as good as the first time. Customer service is quick to respond, with excellent efficiency.”

Upon arrival, I noticed the kitchen area had dirty marks all over the gloss cabinets, as well as long black hairs on the floor in the lounge, which suggested a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning process.
