“Such a beautiful property right on the lake. It was perfect for our family get together and the teens loved being able to take their paddle boards straight off the jetty onto the lake. Lots to do in the surrounding area as well. Great support from orion holidays on site. Replaced the bedding for my sister within half an hour to help her allergy! Amazing team”

“From taking the booking to leaving the lodge we did not experience any issues, which is exactly what you want . I really felt like the staff went out of their way to make us feel wanted and ensure we had a pleasant stay. The lodge was perfect, clean and comfortable and fully equipped. The bedrooms were more like hotel standard rather than self catering. We loved the location of the lodge, it was great for exploring the area. “Amazing spot right on the water with lots of ducks, geese, swans and water activities to keep the little ones entertained. Orion holidays were really responsive and gave us lots of information about the area which was so helpful. Worth knowing that two of the bedrooms have very little storage (only a few drawers under the bed) and virtually no space to get round the beds so expect a few bashed shins.”
