“The property itself was fine but I didn't like having to get key from another place, especially when you are not used to Brisbane traffic and don't know your way around. This should have been clear prior to booking apartment.”

“Comfortable for one night stay in a good area. Checkin process was over complicated with no number provided to call. Everything done through a website which for an NZ visitor with limited access to the internet is impossible. Took me two hours to contact the property manager to get entry instructions ”
