“We had the best 3 nights here with 2 surfing families. The location is epic, Graham Colyer drive has two public cut throughs which made the property super accessible to the beach and the shops on foot, skateboards or bikes. It’s far enough out of the hub that it provides a relaxed and peaceful retreat to return to after a day at the main beach. We utilised the track through Sandcastle’s Resort to access the beach for early morning surfs. The house itself has a relaxed beach vibe and quirky……

“Bedrooms are small with no wardrobes. The tv remote was small, overused and unresponsive . Couldn't get the aircon to cool. kitchen was overrun with ants. Very steep access, had to park in the street, not suitable for people with any mobility issues. ”

“Great property that is well located to the main beach and shops. We had brilliant weather and Agnes Water beach is simply stunning. Property is comfortable and has everything you need. Lovely outdoor area where you can hear the waves too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”

“Was a great location and had everything we needed.The induction cooktop was not easy to work out, but once we did it was fine. Glad the instructions were in a drawer!!Suggest getting rid of pots and pans that don't suit the cooktop though.”

“This property was well located with a short walk to the beach and was very quiet with plenty of room. Lovely views from the veranda. Wonderful to have ensuites for three bedrooms as well as a family bathroom. The main kitchen, main bedroom and main lounge are located upstairs and overall there are three good sized fridges and a wine cooler.”
