“The check in process was rubbish. No Key in the safe box. Had to contact Host. They said key was dropped in safe at 1:20. Rubbish. Key wasn't dropped in until 3:30pm after our phone call.. cleaner came into our apartment halfway through the stay one morning without any knock on the door. Would not recommend booking through Stayz again.”

“Needed more cutlery and plates if you are going to use the dishwasher. Could have had another set of towels for a week stay. Some cleaning spray (ie Spray and Wipe) for the bathroom basin and kitchen benchtops and extra cloths would be good.”

“Our booking was for Monday 1st May -Labour Day in Qld public holiday. The room given was located on level 1 with a view of the child care centre but fortunately it had not been cleaned so we were moved to level 6 which did have a view. False advertising if left in room on level 1. Toilet continuously running door to laundry broken. Managed by Airtrip who operate out of the UK. Deposit of $300 taken as payment not authorisation as with most operators in Aust. Had to pay International Processing……
